The Programme for the Accelerating of the Digital Transformation of Cameroon, PATNUC, under the supervision of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, is being implemented with a funding of over CFA francs 55 billion from the World Bank. Its development objective has to do with strengthening digital inclusion and the use of data-centred agricultural solutions by some stakeholders in the agricultural value chains.
